Introduction:

The agitating shaft of the concentric dual shaft mixer is located on the center of the agitating cylinder; the larger shearing force induced by the large diameter dispersion disc of saw toothed dispersion disc and agitation of low speed frame agitation blade greatly improves mixing, agitation and dispersion performance.

 The machine is equipped with vacuum device which can realize vacuum agitation. A jacket can be installed on the cylinder outside wall of the machine for cooling or heating. According to requirements of customers, all kinds of units and measuring apparatus can be installed on the machine. For large capacity of mixing, agitation and dispersion, the agitator cylinder is fixed type. For high viscosity liquid, due to rotation of frame agitation, slow flow along the circumference (tangential flow) in the whole cylinder forms while rapid rotation of high speed agitation blade can provide axial flow.

Therefore, the staggering overall flow forms in the whole cylinder. The frame agitator can be made into the spiral strip. When the low speed agitation blade rotates, it will push up the liquid in the cylinder while the high speed agitation blade reverses the liquid. Therefore, up and down cycle flow form convection to improve agitation effect.
