WSZ-14 grinding mill has high grinding efficiency.Its very suitable to grind the material as carbon black paste ,paint for black automobiles,etc. ,which is very difficlut to be grinded by common bead mills because of their high fineness requirements and sensitivity to temperature.

1.      Main motor power:30kw(ex-proof)  Frequent stepless speed regulating

2.      Pump(for converying):aerodynamic pneumatic pump. Modifying the air motor valve can change the feeding flow quantity.

3.      Grinding medium:zirconium oxide beads ø1.2-1.4mm (for reference)

4.      The separating for material and grinding medium is gap type dynamic separating and self -cleaning form.Its material is powder alloy.

5.      Main shafts sealings structure is spiral sealing.The material of grinding chamber is high wearing alloy steel.

6.      Cooling waters flow quantity is 1.5M³/hour
